We take security very seriously at XenoHosts. We store next to no personal data on our servers to ensure that your information is safe in the event of a breach. How much bandwidth and storage do
I get with my hosting plan?
Public bandwidth is unlimited for every plan that we offer! Internet access speed is capped at ~1Gbps for all services. Speed is not guaranteed due to shared outbound bandwidth between customers.

Do you provide regular backups of
my server?
Absolutely. We have plans available for dedicated backups of your services. Docker and VPS are currently supported for dynamic backups, however our systems are highly redundant. We utilize network-base storage with multiple replications ensuring the data exists many times on our network to reduce data loss in the event of disaster.

Are there any long-term contracts
or can I pay month-to-month?
We offer a credits-based system for our services. You can recharge your account with as many credits as you'd like to pay in advance, or choose to pay in full each billing period. Your credits will automatically be deducted from your account upon the payment date.

Can I easily upgrade or downgrade
my hosting plan as my needs change?
Yes! Updating your existing services with more or fewer resources can be done within minutes, just contact our support team with your new requirements.

What is your uptime guarantee?
XenoHosts provides a publicly accessible Service Level Agreement that boasts a 99.95% uptime guarantee. Check out the SLA document for information about credits and what happens in the event that XenoHosts is unable to meet our standard.

Does XenoHosts own the hardware it
uses?
Yes! All of our hardware is 100% first party - none of our servers are rented from resellers or third parties. We have the most control over our hardware when we own and operate it ourselves, giving more flexibility to our customers.
